Common questions.
Does it replace our CRM?
No. MANO sits alongside your existing CRM and handles the work between enquiry and payout: templates, lender knowledge, deal tracking, client communication and workflow support.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months from the date of signing. After that it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel.
How quickly can we go live?
Most teams can start rolling out soon after the implementation package is scoped. The timeline depends on team size, configuration and training availability.
Can we add users mid-contract?
Yes. Extra users can be added at the monthly per-user rate at any point.
Is pricing negotiable?
For Enterprise and multi-team arrangements we scope and price together. Pilot pricing and launch packages may be available for selected teams.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your team's data belongs to your organisation. ManoAi Limited owns the intellectual property in the platform itself.
